We Sing Pop! Out This Spring

We Sing Pop!, the latest game in the Nintendo Wii’s karaoke We Sing range, will be released on 23 March 2012.

Although Nik Blower, Sales & Marketing Director of Nordic Games is keeping schtum about the tracklist for now, it’s been confirmed that there will be 30 global chart-toppers from six decades of music. Here’s hoping for Orinoco Flow by Enya.

Moving swiftly on, some improvements have been made for the new instalment. When playing solo, you now have Blind and Expert mode for the first time in a We Sing game, and Karaoke mode, which strips the track of vocals to really challenge your singing talent. Other features include Singing Lessons to help singers fine tune their voices and a Jukebox to queue up songs like their own personal music channel.

That’s not forgetting that We Sing is the only singing series of games to support four players in any Party mode, using four separate microphones. Party mode includes We Sing, Versus, Group Battle, Pass The Mic, First to X, Marathon, Blind and Expert.
