PlayStation Plus Launches on PlayStation Vita

Today Sony announced that as part of the version 2.00 update for the PlayStation Vita, they will be bringing PlayStation Plus to PS Vita from the 21 November.

The really fab news is that it will be available to existing PS3 subscribers for no additional cost. Starting with Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush and Chronovolt, it’s a very strong line up and fabulous value for money in our opinion. As with the PS3 service, you’ll have access to four games per month, as well as to a multitude of other perks such as free play, exclusive discounts and online storage.

This now means that if you own both consoles, you will have a constant library of 14 games and at least five new games a month, which means over 65 games a year for PS3 and PS Vita. And to ease the pressure on your Vita memory cards, you’ll get 1GB of cloud storage for it too, on top of the 1GB for the PS3.
