Depp in new Mortdecai film

Check out this TV trailer spot for Mortdecai, starring Johnny Depp (Pirates of the Caribbean), Gwyneth Paltrow (Sliding Doors) and Ewan McGregor (Star Wars).

The film follows debonair art dealer Charlie Mortdecai as he travels the globe in a race to find a stolen painting, which is said to contain a code to a lost bank account filled with Nazi gold. Armed with only his good looks, moustache and a special kind of charm, he must juggle angry Russians, his impossibly leggy wife, an international terrorist and the British MI5 as he tries to track the painting down.

The movie is based on the book Don’t Point That Thing at Me  by Kyril Bonfiglioli, the first in a trilogy of Mortdecai novels, and directed by David Koepp (Secret Window).

Mortdecai  is out in cinemas on 23 January.
