Wool, authored by Hugh Howey, has been making waves over in the United States and is a self-publishing phenomenon, selling over 250,000 copies. The films rights have been picked up by Ridley Scott and it’s easy to understand why, with dark, dystopian sci-fi, not unlike Blade Runner. Wool is available to buy now but we’re giving one of you lucky guys a chance to win a copy.
We’re big fans of the book, as you can see in our review, so this is a great opportunity to jump into the series. Plus we interviewed Hugh Howey who talks about self-publishing, similarities to Fifty Shades of Grey and the Ridley Scott film adaptation.
For your chance to win a hardback copy of Wool, email email@example.com with the subject heading ‘Wool competition’ and your answer to the following question:
Ridley Scott, who is interested in turning Wool into a movie, has previously directed which of these sci-fi films?
C) Starship Troopers
Competition closes at 6pm on Sunday 10 February 2013.
